This station was designed and manufactured to meet the ever increasing need to empty large quantities of big bags, above all when they contain very volatile powders, and it was then widely used in every sector, including foodstuffs, because of its functionality, safety and simple use.

The basic version of the station is made up of a big bag supporting frame with product collecting hopper and various optionals cab be added according to the type of product. The main optionals are: Perfectly dust tight clamping system of the big bag discharge mouth on the fixed equipment, Cylinders beating the bottom of the big bag in order to guarantee that it is completely emptied, Laterally mounted bag emptiying hopper to use the station also as receiving station for bagged products. It is made of carbon steel or stainless steel.
